rear swap 67-72

buying part for my 67 build,but life has gotten in the way for a while. i know the 71-72 rears are wider,but by how much? also is the mounting pads in the same place? other than being wider will a 72 rear with arms bolt in to a 67 with arms. i searched or thought i did and could not find the info i needed, thanks for ya'lls time.

I believe they are 1.5 inches wider total....that's 3/4" on each side...and yes it should bolt right up
