Hey everyone :) Couple questions...
Alright, so I got my new carb put on, I just need to know what torque to set the mounting bolts at, and I need suggestions for a manual choke cable setup (I don't have the proper intake for the carb, only the choke is affected)
I want something that looks alright, and won't be very visible...

tighten till snug...should be able to get a choke cable at your local parts house...should hide very well under the air cleaner

Well, got it all put together, just opened the choke all the way and left it all the way open, went to turn the engine over, it turned three or four times, then my battery died, again =/

Well, just tried again, she fired up after some serious pedal pumping (no choke right now) died right away due to some massive backfiring, definitly timing, I had a guy over who was screwing with the distro cap...
