Hidden Receiver Hitch...custom built By FROST89434
The hidden receiver hitch was custom built by FROST89434 for my 69 4x4. I had all the parts powdercoated gloss black. It installed in about 1 hour. Thanks Jim for a GREAT job.

I would LOVE some closer pics of how that thing was built- even a drawing would be great. I am a welder and want to build one of those for my 70 blazer. Anything is appreciated! Thanks

Really looks good. NO ugly hitch sticking out, but still the same useability. Great work! I was looking for something like that.

As 2wdblazer referred to, early classic enterprises has one that works great. You retain the use of your spare and was priced under $200.

this one would also retain the spare tire carrier....but I used that space for a rear fuel cell, boxed-in with 16 gauge steel. Frost said he would build one for about 150.00.

The early classic enterprises one will not work on 4X4 shortboxes unless you are willing to remove the spring supports to the frame on the back of the springs. I was not willing to do that so I built a hidden hitch somewhat like Bue4X4's.
