Met a potential board member today!

He caught me on my way home and talked old Chevys. He doesn't have one right now, but really likes the '72's (he saw my '72 'burb). Told me of a couple that he almost got. Wrote down the board address on a piece of scrap paper. Hope my handwriting was good enough to read! I guess I realy should print up some 'board cards' to hand out to people. I've written the address down a few times for people and haven't seen them yet, maybe it's my handwriting.

Hope he shows. It would be nice to have another board member from my neck of the woods!

Ya know what? I've been thru the exact same thing numerous times. Even as far as taking off my jacket so they can see the back of my board t-shirt. Just to let them know that there is nothing hokie about this site. This is the real thing. Oh well, its not like its a cult or something. But I can't think of any other place this good for troubleshooting your truck problems, finding parts and generally meeting people that have something in common.

Oh well, next one that tells me he doesn't have a computer I won't waste my breath.

You can wish in one hand and crap in the other.
See which one gets filled first.
