Vin 01 truck

I have a 1947 chevy farm truck. The flat bed and hoist have been removed and sold. GM said in a letter that it was the first truck produced post war. The vin number is " 1 ". They said that it more than likely has parts used from 1946 to 47 inventory. It's time to sell it. What would be a fair price for a running straight un restored truck like this. I will post pictures tomorrow. Any Ideas?

Re: Vin 01 truck

To a collector it'll be worth maybe a bit more if it were the first truck off the line and all original, but it'll most likely just be worth the same as any other farm truck to most people.

If it was the first Camaro....you'd know the answer.

Otherwise, something is worth what someone will agree to pay you that makes you feel good.
