Just pull off the radio knobs and dial on any stock truck radio and you will see them. These go in the big circle holes in the dash for the radios then the radio shafts go through the center of these and the mounting nuts hold these in place.

I am putting my radio in this weekend, hopefully, if all the parts arrive and I can steal away some time in the garage. If I need them, I'll send you a message. But I hain't looked under the dash so I don't know what I'm missin'.
