should i buy it?

i know it is not a 67-72 but hey atleast its a chevy
i am looking for a project truck to build in school and saw this on the cartrader what do yall think, should i get it

I'd buy it, but I wouldn't give 500 for it, maybe 300 if it had a clear title.

thats not a bad price for where i am here those go for about 1200 in bad condition
