I only dive the '61 maybe 2-3 times per week. you think for $25 its worth a short term solution until I man up and spend the money on new wheels/tires?

Oh! One thing though! You really should use like a white letter tire set and shave out the white wall to the fullest and use the paint over the white area because honestly even if you clean the heck outta the black wall, the paint will turn an ugly brown! Like in one to two days! That's the truth. A lil elbow grease is needed. But it's the cheapest way for a temporary trial.
