Screeching sound when I drive?

So you know that sound you hear on semi's or a truck with bad breaks when it's breaking? I get that sound on my '72 when i have my foot on the gas... It usually just goes on for the first few minutes I'm driving than it goes away until I park it and drive again. My dad suggested that it might be the fan, do y'all have any ideas?

Here's my baby if you haven't seen it yet Name: GMC 002.jpg
