Rusted Top windshield

I just bought a 71 chevy swb and it has some rust problems. The worst of it is all along the top of the windshield. Has anyone ever fixed this before? If so whats the best route to go?

There are replacement panels for that. Both inner and outer roof skins and pretty reasonable prices. Here is a pic of the inner and outer I borrowed from GMC Pauls website.

Awesome. Thanks for the info. Heres a picture of where its rusting out. I wasnt sure if there was a separate piece for the window frame but it looks like that inner piece will work.
