Vibration mounts for Voltage regulator ?

I'm having difficulty finding the three rubber vibration damping
mounts for the voltage regulator on my 68.
Any body have an idea who makes them ?
Tried the local hot rod shops, Napa, O'Reileys, etc .

I got a set from Bills Truck Shop...worked out great for my regulator.
I wasn't able to find them locally in the right size from local parts suppliers.

Good luck

Re: Vibration mounts for Voltage regulator ?

Have you tried your local hardware store? They are called "well nuts". My local Ace Hardware, has them in many sizes.

It is the same nuts that mounts the Cargo lamp on these trucks.

Re: Vibration mounts for Voltage regulator ?

I just used rubber donuts. The kind that are shaped like a tiny yo yo. If you get the right size, they pop right into the holes in the radiator support and work great!
