A/C & Heater Motor ?

Wie's '99 Tahoe has started getting a bit noisy on the low end of the blower for both the heater (definetly don't need that portion right now ! hit 105 degrees today) and the A/C operation. (Using that a lot right now.) The blower motor is inside on the pass. side below the dash, easy access. Just need to know how to remove the cover. Tried gently "pulling" on it with no luck. To much plastic now days for my thoughts and don't want to "break" something. Did I not pull hard enought or am I missing something, a clip, spring, or ....??
