My new beater.
It's a 1972 C/10 350 crate motor. Don't know now many miles on it but it runs strong. Non power disc in front. Truck was original 307/ 3spd on the column. Someone put the old power assist power steering on it. Still has manual steering box on it. This was a bare bones truck in it's day. Has 3 spd floor shifter now. I added the rally's yesterday. Body has lots of dents was a farm truck. Paint was done back in the late 80's, body has putty in most of the panels but its a beater. Couldn't pass it up for $1200. I have spent another $600 in tires and wheels. It has a nice frame mounted hitch. Heavy duty rear springs was about the only option on it. It's still sporting spiral shocks in the rear. Mileage 68000 so it must be 168000 but it drives straight smooth. I added the steering wheel also.

Re: My new beater.
Pictures make it look better than it really is. But that's ok. I just got it to do household chores with anyway. don't plan on doing any major work on it except a little cosmetic work. just plan on using it to beat around in.
