That is the rebuild kit for the coupler/joint housing you already have. Sometimes when the rag joint goes bad, it is often not noticed until damage is to the point that the entire unit needs to be replaced...here is another source for a complete replacement:

...but most of the other vendors, Early Classics, Brothers, etc. carry steering rag joints...enter "rag joint" as your parts search.
