cabs and short fleetside to go

I need to lighten up the project list. I have a very good non-AC 1970 cab with new installed floorpans and rockers and partially smoothed firewall (plan was to add vintage air) with or without matching doors. It has original paint except for replaced sheetmetal. Floor has high hump (removeable)(was 4spd). $500. Also have 1970 complete short fleetside truck with very good bed, cab needs a little work, front fenders and hood needs replaced. Complete 250 6 cyl, PS, no PB, motor needs replaced has stock TH350 and I beleive 3.73 rear. Depending on price some replacement sheetmetal is available as well as good 6 cyl motor. UPDATED PRICE $1100 for base truck. It needs to be trailered home. Also have 2 bare v8 blocks, heads and 4sd tranny.

Also have rolling 72 cheyenne super 1/2 ton leaf spring, lwb AC, truck. No motor. Was 402 BB. All there except BB motor, brackets and PS. Bed rough, AC cab great still including factory tach dash, rebuilt seat, ralleys and AMMCO rebuilt TH400. I drove this truck before previous owner took out motor. Also a trailer job.UPDATED PRICE $1200.

Make package deal and wife would be more understanding!! Also will consider part trades for clean parts/pieces that don't take up so much room that I might be albe to use.

Cannot ship or deliver this stuff but could put someone together a nice package. Located in Eugene, Oregon. Email inquires to bob.hines@eweb.eugene.or.us

Pics available to patient inquiries.

I'm interested in the 70 also. Is the bed wood or steel floor?

EMAIL ME

Maybe 69 or 70 have to check title. Bedfloor steel and has some dents and surface rust buy no cancer. Bedside are great and straight. Used to be local meter reader truck.

Here in one shot that really doesn't show well. Email me for few more and specific requests.

Bob,
I've got a LWB bed upper & lower wood trim, that looks like it has never had anything inside it! Metal floor... You need to put that on your Super to make a great truck! $600

Frank

Frank, I appriciate the offer but I think this project needs to be someone elses. I have a couple of trucks in line in fornt of this one and things are moving slow on them. Wife gets antsy with yard clutter!! I will remind potential buyers of this.

I actually have a good floor and left bedside I would through in on the deal.

possible interest

I am working with board member with interest on 70 cab and 72 super but nothing firm yet. Trying to get some pics to one. Anyone else interested in possible trades? Many of us are short on cash and long on projects.

Post the pics

Bob,
I always recommend you post any pics people want to see, rather than email. More people will see it that way, and you don't have to send them so many times...it just might peak someone else's interest, if the requestor doesn't go for it...and I am quietly watching to see what you have and what happens to it.

engine compartment

Buy whole truck and drop in motor or use to build another. I was going to use 69 short fleet posted with this 72 BB ac cab and pieces for great start on short fleet 72 cheyenne super. Just use a little imagination. Trades welcome.

My suburban needs more $$ and attention.

slim

I'm trying to keep truck whole at the moment to sell complete. Let me check around to see if I can find a decent fender to sell seperate. Not sure cost to ship, whats your zip code and town. If I find oen I can check on Greyhound mentioned by others on the board for reasonable shipping costs.

Wanna trade? I have a 3 wheeler that wouldn't take up to much room and you could also go the DUNES and enjoy it.

No I am not really interested in 3-wheeler. My 7 yr old son wouldn't agree!! I grew up on the coast with endless dunes. Had a VW rail for a while. A decent baja or manx is on the wish list for the future to get back in the sand.

Am taking off for a few days of R/R (deer hunting trip w/ my dad). When I get back I will put more effort into selling some of this stuff off. I need the room and a little change for my other projects.
