How does the single-wall top wiring route?
Guys I'm putting a single wall top on my 1970 Blazer. I picked up the complete wiring harness with it. Could someone that has one please tell me how the harness routes from top plug (at the drivers side "B" pillar) to fuse box. Thanks guys, almost done with a two year restoration......Will post lots of pictures when I'm done. It would not have gone nearly as well without everyone's help!

Re: How does the single-wall top wiring route?
Anyone remember how the wire runs? does it go through the floor from the B post or does it run down by where the rocker and floor meet?

Re: How does the single-wall top wiring route?
I'm looking at my 72 and it runs along the floor where rocker and floor meet, just picked this rig up so couldnt say if this is the correct placement or not but it appears to be stock and un touched.

Yes - it does run from the fuse block along the kick panel down between the floor and the rocker and then up the B pillar to the top connector.
I can confirm this as well. |
