What is a early 70s model RV 350 with TH400 worth?

Got a friend I trust who wants $600 for the set. I already have a TH400 but figured I could sell the one that comes with the engine. He said it only had about 40000 miles on it and has been sitting a while, but is complete. What y'all think? I'm looking to replace my 76 305 in my 69 c10 if that helps. Figure if the 350 is missing any anything like intake or whatever I could use the ones I already have.

A 350, is a 350, is a 350. I'd get it. The TH400 is a bonus...

Sound's like a fair deal. But if you trust the guy then you should be able to work thing's out if something goes wrong from sitting so long. Good luck.
