Custom Classics Warning

If any of you guys are looking for a metal rollpan or stuff for your truck stay away from custom classics in Howe texas. They are slow it took me 2 months to get a rollpan that they said would take three weeks, and when you call them they never answer the phone and when they do all you get is BS about the mail or the phone does not work. How do you call yourself doing business and cannot answer or return your call when you call 3-4 times aday.After waiting over 2 months i got my rollpan but they did not send everthing i ordered, but they get there money via Pay Pal thats BS so stay away from Custom Classics the do poor Business.

I live 10 min from Howe, well use to I'm in the military now and that's where my parents stay. I didn't know they had that so called "business" there. Sorry that happened to you, I'll swing through in a couple of weeks when I go back to visit and see if I can't pick up ur stuff for you if u want. Lol

I got the rollpan just didn't get the covers for the rear lights thanks for your help but i need them like yesturday the truck is getting body work done and i dont want to wait so i ordered some from LMC but thanks again for your help..

I found this out myself like 5 years ago....I had hoped they got their act together....sux

If you paid via Pay pal, you can file a dispute and get some of your money back.

I tried that but after 45 days its to late paypal can just monitor his account after that to see if it keeps happening before they take action.
