Drop Question - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

I have put a 454 into my burb. Does anyone have an idea on how much that will affect which drop springs to use. For example to get a 4" drop should I use a 3" spring etc?

Should not affect it much if at all.Big block is only 125-150 pounds more.Less if you have alum. heads.
