newbie question!

I have a 82 Chevy custom deluxe 10,
What's it called? Is it a c10?
I go to AutoZone website and doesn't show custom deluxe 10, only c10 etc....

Also anyone have the diagram for the fuses and one for guages?

Re: newbie question!

c10 = 2wd 1/2 ton, model is irrelevant
k10 = 4wd 1/2 ton, model is irrelevant

Custom Deluxe is nothing but the model/trim level.

Re: newbie question!

It's like a Chrysler Sebring LX vs a Chrysler Sebring LXi. They're both Sebrings, and 99% of the parts you're ever going to need to replace fit both. The only differences are going to be the decorations, like cloth vs vinyl vs leather seats, heated seats, CD changer, and/or the available colors of interior components.

Like Randy mentioned, any 1/2 ton 2wd chevy pickup from this era is a C10, the difference between a Custom Deluxe vs a Cheyenne vs a Silvarado is just in the colors and decorations. They all use the same fuel tanks, steering column, and starter motor, regardless of how fancy the door panels are.
