spindle help asap
will 90s chevy 2wd spindles work with a 67 chevy? i mean like lining up properly with balljoints and tie rods... i know 71 through 87 trucks will but havent heard anything and cant find anything about 88 and up.

I haven't ever tried but I doubt it. Someone would have already done it w/these trucks being around for as long as they been.

There are some members using the light duty 3/4 ton 88-98 stuff to put 6-lug disc brakes on the 67-87 trucks.
This requires you to run a 3/4-ton (67-87) lower a-arm (larger balljoint hole),... 88-98 upper and lower ball joints,... and 88-98 outer tie rods. I'm not a proponent of ths swap because the spindle geometry has to be different. Some members have done it with success. But I remember one member spending over $600 in parts to make this swap happen. This info is also used to run 88-98 2wd LIFT spindles,... on the 67-87 trucks. What is the reason you want to use the '90's spindle? What is the condition of the front end of your truck? Adding drop spindles? 5-lug? 6-lug? What else can you tell us.
