88-96 seats
I have seen were the 88-96 bench seat have been used in a lot. I found a 60/40 slip that is two pieces and was wondering if any one has used those. This is a picture of the style.

Re: 88-96 seats
you have to watch some of the seats as they are hard to re cover. The material is glued down to the foam.

Re: 88-96 seats
I used to have a 95 Chevy with that exact seat in it and it was a very comfortable seat. In an AD truck, I might be tempted remove the headrests if it was mine but that is just a matter of what you like visually.

Re: 88-96 seats
It looks good in there and it looks like you still have some leg room. I'm with 62ChevyII in that I'd take the headrests off and stash them in a box up on the shelf. That would clean the look up a bit.
That also looks a lot more comfortable than the 60/40 seat out of a 90 or so I have in my 71. We did a 250 mile road trip in it Saturday and the lack of back support got to us before it was done. |

Re: 88-96 seats
Thank you for the great comments. I went for comfort this time. I am over 6' and have plenty of leg room. I will have to spend time this weekend making the center mount and will post some pictures when I am done.
