Bear Claw latch
How many of you guys use the Bear Claw latches? I am thinking about doing away with the old style and going this route. I have also seen the power ones. How hard are these to install and get working right? Thanks.

I have seen a few, jtp67-72 comes to mind
He is a nice friendly helpful kind of guy if you need some pointers. Thanks, that helps me get an idea. I didn't think about having to make a bracket to use with the door handle.

think about shaving the handle and installing a popper instead. then u don't need to make that bracket

That's a good idea too, but I like how much better the bear claw latch opens and closes compared to the normal latch. I may have to look into the poppers.
