How do I raise my bed floor so that I keep the stock look but the top of my wheel wells are at the bottom of the bed rails?

A few members on here have done this mod. Such as mooseknuckles and luifer. And I'm in the process of doing it. Check out their build threads. Especially luifer's. His is pretty step by step.
