What do you guys think of these wheels?

Hey Guys
a local CL listing has these American Racing boulevard wheels with tires. 245/35/20 BFG G-FORCE tires. They are brand new never been driven on. Only installed at the body shop to wheel around. Customer decided he did not like them. Going a different direction on his ride. What is your opinions on these wheels. Will be going on a 71 gmc long box. I am running 5x4.75 bolt pattern already so they should bolt straight up. let me know, won't hurt my feelings
Thanks Jon

I like the wheels, but before I can give an opinion of whether or not they would look good on your truck I need to see what the truck looks like. What style of build are you going for?

I think the rear tire will be to short unless your truck sits really low.

Re: What do you guys think of these wheels?

since you asked - I don't really like em too much - BUT, that's just personal taste. Those style of wheels would really only look right (to me) on a full-blown slammed show truck. Anything less, i.e. pretty much ANY driver, and they'll look like real expensive wheels on a truck, probably more expenseive THAN the truck - I know that's not the case, but that's how a lotta folks will view them - that's all I'm saying.

I agree with the others though - final "judgment" reserved for actually seeing pics of the truck. But that's my 2 cents, I'm not a big fan of steam rollers, BUT - on the right truck, they can look pretty killer.

I want that car!! keep the wheels. MMMmmmm 62 Imp, I love it!

They would look good on a really low black truck IMO.

Re: What do you guys think of these wheels?

Would you guys believe that I don't have a picture of my truck. I keep my truck down at my in-laws about 14hours away. And only get to work on it every Christmas when we go visit. But there is another board member here (Jay W) with the exact same truck, I hope he does not get mad if I use his picture. Oh and he's selling them for $1600
