Am I dense (don't answer that), or have I not seen many stepside crews before? Seems the vast majority are shortened fleets. When compared to the goofy bobbed-off fleetsides, the normal stepper looks good. I also think the early hood compliments the oddly proportioned crew quite well. kinda like not just a little dorky, but dorky all-over ... in a good way, that is... yeah that's it, nicely dorky.

I used a saved photo of this truck to do a photo chopa few years back, and chopped the top a few inches, and lowered it... kinda brings the shapes into line (I think)

def. true for the 456, judging by the photos that I have saved from internet searches "true" factory crews look to be about 50+% step 60-61, and almost 100% fleet by 456, here is the 1 photo of a "real" 456 step crew I have found,+ 3 shots in factory literature.
