Chromed 63 Grill for your Viewing Pleasure!

I really like this, and thought I'd share it with you guys. It's in the shop for a new door glass. I love the way the 63 grills are taller and fill up the grill surround, I might have to modify a 64-66 grill to mimick that look for my '66.

The 63 has always been my favorite of the 60-66 Chevys. Although if I had one I'd probably try and find a way to add more stylish headlight bezels.

agreed, while I like my non-torsion susp, I'd trade it for a 63 grille in a heartbeat. I agree with Mark - to me, 63 is a very special year for these trucks.

I love the grill! The '63 is a special year for these trucks...No torsion bars on the '63, its the first year of the coil spring front.

That looks awesome!

I really like the white surround and the black background. It really makes that chrome '63 grill pop.

Ooh! You're correct... sorry bout that - I once bought a 62 with those, they were okay, but somewhere in my cranium, wires crossed and I mixed it up with the 63... Thanks for pointing out, I hate to put out bad gouge!

Re: Chromed 63 Grill for your Viewing Pleasure!

Had a 4-5-6 chromed grill on the '63. It was clean and in good shape. Finally picked up a painted '63 grill with all the wear n tear that original paint would have. Even though its missing the bezels, it fits the truck and looks sooo much better to me. That chrome one is beautiful! Sometimes wish I had an aluminum one too for when I feel like having a little "bling" goin on.
