Are these an origional style mirror?
Were these dealer installed or would it have left the factory with these?

From the pictures I would say they are period possibly even likely to have been dealer installed. The plug screws generally indicate it left the factory with the small arm mirrors. The pictures 70cst provided show both the factory optional SR and JR west coast mirror types. My picture clip of the white suburban shows the factory style D29 west coast jr. mirrors.
