That's an 88-98 GM stepside bed. The only problem I have with 73-87 trucks being chopped that much is it is very hard to get them to look right.
If you look at his truck, it gives an apperance of the roof being shorter in the rear . Because the windshield is layed back, and the area at the front of the door looks thicker, it appears to be high in the front... Last edited by N2TRUX; 10-08-2003 at 09:02 AM. |

I admire the truck for the amout of time and work that were involved in it...but why, after all that trouble, stick a 80's ass ugly B&M air cleaner on it??!!

Keith Coleman is the guy who owns it . I think the price was 28k. Probably needs to be sold in some other part of the country because it has been shown ALOT around Oklahoma.

Well you live and learn , the roof does look like it`s on an angle i thought that it was because of the angle of the photo. But it does raise the question at least in my mind . What will people do to the 70`s trucks in the future. As they will inevitably become more popular will some of the trends in the older custom and rod trucks be used on them? will we see more radicle pickups with roof or even body chops perhaps a complete roof section of a diffrent vehicle who knows but it might be interesting to see a truck in 10 years time.
