need help truck wont start

hello everyone i hope you can help me. i have a 1987 suburban that has a 350 with tbi. it will not start. i thought it was the tps because it was surging. i changed that and it will not start. so i went about changing damn near every part on the truck trying to get it running. so far i have rebuilt the tbi, changed the fuel pump, filter and the inline fuel filter. i read the icm might be the culprit so i had mine checked it passed but just to be safe i replaced it with a new one. i am not getting pulse at my injectors. i checked purple/white wire from the dizzy and it has continuity. i checked the voltage at the fuel injector pigtails and i am getting three volts on the drivers side and 1-2 volts on the passengers. im at a total losee here and i hope you guys can help.

you said you are not getting pulse at the injectors, are you getting fuel to the injectors?

i cracked open the fuel line at the back of the tbi and fuel spilled out. its a new pump so i am pretty sure i am getting the required pressure. also i failed to mention it will fire and run if i put fuel in the throttle bores, it will run until the fuel is used up.

i would double check for pressure or at least check flow with the key on
there may be obstructions in the fuel line that allow partial flow that would mimic your symptoms. the fact that the engine runs with manual fuel would also point this
