Today I was with a friend picking up his dads dry cleaning, and when we were waiting in the drive through my temp went from 190 to about 215 in about 2 mins. I knew it was getting to hot so I shut it off. When I went to start it again it wouldnt turn over it barley started to, sounded like my battery was dead. I have heard of starters getting to hot then not working could this be the cause? or would it be because I have an electric f uel pump and 2 electric fans that are not on switches? or a combonation? Also while im on the topic how hot is too hot for a motor to run?

How's the coolant level? Is it full or really low?

It was too hot for me to check...I will try to go start it again in a few mins, good thing it was only a few blocks away.

Just tried again, wouldnt start. Looks like im gonna have to try and jump it.

there are several things to check first being the condition of the battery.
second heat can cause more strain on the starter but usually that is a condition where the solenoid wont kick in at all, just a single click sound.

Third....that symptom is usually found to be too much initial advance, with the heat factor thrown I would check timing first.
