i wanted to know if theres a company that make these wheels for chevy trucks or are they custom whees?

Wheels like that are going to be custom made, You wont find a wheel that bolts directly on. Depending on the size you choose, width, finish you could be looking at $4000-$7000 wheels and tires.

I tell you what though, No wheel that is bought at a local tire shop will ever fit like custom wheels fit.
