Steering wheel/horn question

Hello guys. I got a 70 c10 with the original steering wheel. I bought a 67 chev steering wheel to swap out, as I like them a lot better. However when I took the horn off the rubber that connect the horn to that metal collar below it. However I can't seem to find that rubber connector at my local parts shop. Any ideas as to where I could find one, or make one? Thanks for your time.

If you're looking for the rubber piece that goes on the bottom of the horn button, NOS items are on ebay for pretty reasonable prices. For example, see the link below:

Thats exactly what I am looking for, thank you. I couldn't find them on LMC but eventually found them on Classic Parts aswell. That wheel should bolt right on to the 70?

Yes, the steering wheel will bolt right on. Here's a pic of a 67 steering wheel on my 1970

Perfect! I am glad I am not the only one who thought that wheel looked better then the 70 haha Nice clean looking interior. You have got the dark green, looks good. I seem to have the light, aqua green.

Re: Steering wheel/horn question

Just out of curiosity, will the 67-68 wheels fit onto a '72 alright? I assume so...
