looking for input on value on bagged, chopped, c10

just trying to see what this is worth (or opionions anyway).
66 c10, body drop, chopped, bagged (front and rear), disc/drum, shortwide, no motor or trans (although I may get it running first with a 350/350), buckets, etc.

I was thinking that without motor or trans it may pull 3500 bucks.... is that high? Just curious to see what the board thinks.

I think your price might be high with the chop, and depending what parts were used in the bagging (and how it was done). IMO the chop takes away more value than anything else, as its a pretty polarizing modification.

Other than that, 3k ish wouldn't be outlandish if the body is solid.

Really hard to say without seeing the quality of the work. If it is high quality work then I would put it over 3,500 without an engine/tranny for sure.

you'd have to consider the fact that it's a very small market that would buy a chopped truck - so, to someone in that small market, it's probably worth over $3500 - but to the rest of the world, they probably wouldn't buy it at any price. So, with that in mind, conidering that the only folks that would buy it would be someone that wants a chopped truck - you might as well try to sell it for what you think you might have paid for it if you were wanting it. So, maybe start at $3500, but be prepared to possibly wait a long time for a buyer because many will pass over because it's chopped before one comes along that is looking for a chopped truck. Bagged doesn't necessarily hurt the value, especially since it's chopped already. And bags could be undone, not that anyone would ever undo them on this truck - they fit with the overall theme of the truck.

I see the pics now. The chop doesn't look bad actually, its not way too much. The flames aren't my thing but paint is all opinion. So far I stand by my valuation.

If you can target the right market (here, or maybe something like mautofied or maybe a local forum) you can probably get it. That said, if you can toss a running 350/350 in there or something like that, you could probably ask 5ish, assuming your local market is decent.

that is a nice looking chop, looks even, and is about the perfect amount for proportion.
do you know how much it was chopped?

also, is all the glass done? if it dosen't have a glass windshield , I wouldn't touch it.
