Hi all Just bought a 66 suburban today

Hi all I have been posting on the 67=72 forum while building my 67. Now that my 67 shortbed is about done we started looking for another project. Just bought this one today. We had been looking all over for a 3 door 67-72. Til we found this 66 custom in shelbyville In. We had been looking all over the country and found this one 150 miles away.

That is sweet. What size motor and tranny? Is there any rust on that thing? How about some pictures of the interior? I really like the look of that roof rack, is that an original?

Good for you and welcome to this side.

Re: Hi all Just bought a 66 suburban today

Really nice man I got to get one. A guy has one in Orlando for 2500 gutted and not runing I think he's asking to much. No interior not original motor. And rust on more at like 800 lol. He van keep the motor and tranny and give me the roller. Florida is slim pickens

Nice score. Your steps ahead of the game by having the original seats. Real nice and clean.
