If you have stock ramhorn manifolds, depends on the style of pipe, whether you have a heat riser, etc.
With mine, I've never noticed the brand but have always used the steel donuts on my ramhorns to pipe... ...basically a steel ring with chamfers on both outside edges. They come in a composite too but if your manifolds are in good shape (w/o rust pits, etc), the steel ones lasts the longest. There's also a couple of gasket styles for use with a heat riser, etc. Your local parts store should stock at least the donuts and they're really inexpensive...couple bucks. Look at and measure your pipe & manifold before going shopping and check the mounting studs while you are down there. Have fun! Last edited by ETsC10; 08-24-2012 at 11:34 AM. |
