Re: Time for a reality check!

Sorry, but cheyenne super or not, it is not worth nearly $12k, IMO. You guys might want to look at my other post of a Cheyenne super for less than $3k then..

Re: Time for a reality check!

So when its someone elses truck its not worth anything. But everyone else wants a leg and arm for their rides. I think that is a fair price. Anything cheaper your just trying to flip it. He selling it to someone who actually wants to build it for them not anyone else!

Re: Time for a reality check!

I agree, looks like a good deal to me. A little haggling and you could probably buy it for 2000.

Oh, I see now, this is the $2500 truck! My links got screwed up. This does seem ok. Here is the one with wishful thinking:

The only link you have posted is the one for $2500, which seems fair to me.

12k?? The asking price for the truck in your link is 2500. Did the seller make a typo and correct it since you last looked at the ad.

Re: Time for a reality check!

I contacted the seller of the $2500 truck and he is open to partial trades for guns. I will have to pass as I don't have any cash or guns currently I want to get rid of, so I posted his ad here. It would be "interesting" to talk to the owner of the $11900 OBO truck!

I agree ,the seller has probably been watching Barrett-Jackson re-runs.

I wonder if that special "wrapped" steering wheel is on the SPID....would that make it a sport model?

Re: Time for a reality check!

Austin truck = lost his mind

San Antonio truck = I would buy that one if I didn't already have 2 projects. That truck is reasonably priced for a Cheyenne Super.

Don't you know quad-tone paint is the new hot thing? two-tone outside and two-tone inside gets expensive.
