1955 3/4 Rearend

Is there any after market gears or what rear end fits the best in a 3/4

Nobody here never switch rearend on 3/4 mine in geared to high to drive on Freeway. Any other rearend fit a 3/4? and a s10 tranny will bolt up to inline 6 and how about drive shaft does it need to be altered?

They used the same rear end till the 60's, there were some in early 60's with mid 3 gearing. Look for automatic trucks, not very common but there are some out there.
The pumkins interchange even if the rears are different widths.
