Re: Parting out 1969 Chevy motorhome
Hi Jenn .Are the door panels sold ? Still for sale? Interested in the front bumper and brackets, is it straight? Also interested in the back bumper of the motorhome. What does it look like. Any pictures? Also interested in the front camper stabilizer bars attached to the fender. I will be there Tuesday. Give me a package deal to pick up. Thanks mike

Re: Parting out 1969 Chevy motorhome
Hey Mike, The door panels are sold, and there isn't a hat rack on this truck. The front bumper is a super nice straight painted bumper. Jeremiah took it off last weekend.
The rear bumper is HUGE, it is the width of the motorhome, so it is motorhome specific. hahahahah if you are looking for a standard dock style bumper, I think I have 2 around here you can look at. I do still have the front stabilizer shocks in the front. I will check with Jeremiah and see what he wants for them and the front bumper set-up. talk soon. Jenn

Re: Parting out 1969 Chevy motorhome
I'm still interested in the backbumper. I have 1972 chevy custom 30 motorhome made by Beaver , looks similiar to the open road, but I don't like the back bumper setup. If you can take a picture of it and how attached to the frame. also still interested in the front bumper setup for my blazer project. thanks mike

Re: Parting out 1969 Chevy motorhome
[QUOTE=jeremiah king;5538612]TLL74 - Are you looking for just the gears or the ENTIRE 3rd member? Also, is this all gonna need to be shipped to you? Wooooo, that stuff is heavy AND large. I need zip if so, and I haven't looked to see if this is dana or eaton.
I would want the whole 3rd member assy. Originally it would have been a Eaton. I have shipped these in a plywood box from scraps and yes they are heavy! Shipping to 97448. Thanks, Tom

Re: Parting out 1969 Chevy motorhome
Ok, I talked with Jeremiah last night about the rear end and the bumper, and we are gonna turn the motorhome into a camper when we are done parting out the front half. So it will just be a bumper pull trailer. If he changes his mind on doing this project I will let you know about the bumper and rear end. The camper is so nice at least this way someone can still use it. I will keep you posted if things change. Jenn

I'm also interested in the front sway bar and all the brackets if it has one and you want to sell them.
