Ignition & rubber

1. I was wanting to know if a company makes a tool that removes the round ignition switch nut? The one that has the 3 indented tabs. I usually use a couple screw drivers but end up scratching it.
2. Does anyone make the rubbers that go into the radiator core support for the voltage regulator? When I remove the voltage regulator it always strips the rubbers out. I think they have brass nuts in them.
