Parking brake info needed 67-72

For the 67 to 72 Chevy.

What years were the parking brake located horizontally under the dash?
And what years were foot operated?

Another question, have you closed off and sealed the outside vent in the kick panel, or left it how it was originally.

Thanks

My 69 and 70 both have a foot pedal for the E brake.
I use the kick panel vents.

Thanks for the info. I would guess the 71 and 72 had the foot brake also.
The 67 did not, don't know about the 68.

67 only from what I know and the cst pkg had a decorative cover plate that's not repro'd anymore to make the dash look cleaner underneath. The cover looks just as odd as leaving it uncovered...just my two cents.
