Which head light bezel you have?
For 1973-1980 owners which healight bezel material you have? I got the plastic ones from LMC and I was wondering who sells the metal ones and which company is better LMC or Classic Industries? I tried LMC and all their parts from Taiwan and China and I made alot of orders from them and not a single part is made in America and that sucks

Re: Which head light bezel you have?
As far as I know all of the aftermarket ones are plastic. I haven't tried LMC's headlight bezels as chrome just doesn't seem to stay on plastic long term and starts to bubble and lift. I am not saying all of it does it but even factory GM 88 up headlight bezel chrome peels(these are plastic). It does suck there are no American made parts to speak of. I know I would be willing to pay more money for something produced in the USA. Sadly most people aren't. It is all about saving as much as possible.

Re: Which head light bezel you have?
Funny you mention this... I have a 1980 front, and the bezels...eh. The chrome plating is showing copper corrosion [green specs that cheap chrome plating does], a couple of the seats, err whatever the screws go into blew out so I had to make new holes with long screws, and the parking light tabs broke off. The '80 I took the front clip from was repainted so I have a feeling mine aren't OEM bezels either.
The upper and lower trim is metal obviously, but were the factory '80 Bezels metal or plastic? I'm guessing at least a better quality plastic...

Re: Which head light bezel you have?
Really?? That figures. I'm going with a paint matched front end with a chrome grille eventually with new bezels so chrome peeling and corroding won't matter, but the plastic gets brittle and weak.
