71-72 Filler Neck Grommets - what's the difference?

I have a 69 cab and a 72 tank.

I need to buy a new filler neck grommet, but most suppliers carry two different grommets - one 67-70 and one 71-72. What is the difference? Which grommet should I purchase for my application?

I have a 69 cab and a 71 tank, and a 71 grommet worked fine. The 69 tank has a larger diameter filler, I believe. Also you should buy the grommet from Wes at Classic Heartbeat, as the Chinese grommets are junk.
