Vac advance hose

Where should the vac adv hose hook up.


1981 GMC Sierra C1500, w/Stock 86 GMC 350, HEI ignition?

I think stock they are on the passenger side front, at the top. Mine had a teed port there. Anyway, hook it to a port that has vacuum at idle. This will raise your curb idle because it will raise the timing at idle.
