The suburban, blazer and pickups have the same suspension and the PB kits fits them all.

I bought it in pieces so I dont remember right off had, but I did get the front dropmember, rear dropmember with trailing arms and inboard bag mounts, upper and lower control arms and the hood hinges. I did get the weld in notch instead of the bolt in notch.

I would get the bolt on body drop kit if they offered it for the suburban.
