WTB: Correct 72 4x4 350 Exhaust Manifolds

Looking for a set of correct exhaust manifolds for a 72 350 4x4 in good condition. The ones that I have, im not sure if they are correct. There straight down. The numbers are 3832465 RH46 and the other one is 3747038X RH25. Thanks!

Re: WTB: Correct 72 4x4 350 Exhaust Manifolds

The correct one's should dump straight down... I'm pretty sure that all 4x4's do, just like the corvette one's.

You could get vette ramhorns... some are even 2.5" openings.

Re: WTB: Correct 72 4x4 350 Exhaust Manifolds

Mine are straight down. Thought that the numbers would matter. So as long as it's straight down, it's ok to use them? Thanks!

Re: WTB: Correct 72 4x4 350 Exhaust Manifolds

LH and RH would be the same since they are straight dump.

My GM book shows the below number for 72 350 4WD:

#336711, LH or RH non-smog (no air tube ports)
#3932461, LH or RH with smog (threaded holes for air tubes)

Re: WTB: Correct 72 4x4 350 Exhaust Manifolds

only differences are the smog inlets (with or without) and the alternator mount on the drivers side (2 or 3 different types I think). 2" diameter but some corvette models had 2.5"...

But yes, 4WD all had straight down ramhorns...

Re: WTB: Correct 72 4x4 350 Exhaust Manifolds

perfect as long as you don't need the alternator mount on the drivers side... If you have a mount that does to your cylinder head then you are good...

Re: WTB: Correct 72 4x4 350 Exhaust Manifolds

I don't need the alt mount. It is mounted on the cylinder head. Thanks all for your help. So I guess I don't need them afterall. But I do need the heat riser valve for sure. Anyone got one? Thanks!

Re: WTB: Correct 72 4x4 350 Exhaust Manifolds

I was thinking about leaving that off of mine, seems like it really restricts the exhaust...
