I have the same problem, about ten years ago I bought some replacement pads from the then Chevy Duty, now Classic parts but they don't seem to sell them anymore. I've been looking for something made of a similar material to use with no luck. Mine are simply worn out, not enough material left to make turning them over possible. Anyone know of a supplier that sells only the pads? By the way, did you do this by yourself or with help? If you did it by yourself how did you keep the door from falling while the pin was out?
