Project Grande Slam: Coley's Hot Rod Shop

We planed the wood this past weekend, we have Northern White Oak. It's perfectly planed to 3/4" (or just a tad more for sanding) Dad is going to cut the grooves this week and final sanding / finishing. The fenders and front panel are done. I just need to paint the inner bedsides and tailgate. The interior is coming along nicely. The carpet is in, the passenger side seat (blazer flip brackets) and the driver's side adjustable and one off lowered bracket set is finished. We just need to get the other seat in, sill plates etc. I'll have some pictures shortly. I still need to get door panels and some handles .. and the interior is almost done.

Bed comes off, detailing, rear drop.. it's coming along.

More to come soon. I'm going to sleep on these wheels and see how I feel tomorrow. I really think they'd look cool though.
