Does anyone have any K30 RC dually photos?

I am trying to piece to gether a Regular cab K30 dually and always like to look at others trucks of the same. I like both flatbed and dually bed and am torn about which way to go. Probably will go dually bed.

I also have an 85 shortbed 2wd silverado that I will be working on soon. I am thinking about repainting both of them in the gunmetal gray with gray interior.

Man I know. I have been looking for one with a 6.2 diesel for a year or two and finally found the one in the pic. Most had the 454.

I ultimately want to do the Cummins conversion but all I have now to put in is a FI 454. Sure wish I could afford a Duramax to squeeze in there. Your truck looks pretty solid.

Re: Does anyone have any K30 RC dually photos?

I love the looks of the reg cab dually trucks, I even had a 1985 at one point. But it was too rusty and my crew cab came along so I got rid of the reg cab.

Not too long ago I saw an ad for this particular truck for sale in BC. I was tempted to go check it out but it wasn't for sale very long. I can't remember the full details or mileage, but it's a 1985 with a 454 and 4 speed and is all original according to the ad.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think that you could get a 454 in a four wheel drive dually in '85. It's still a sweet truck though.

Re: Does anyone have any K30 RC dually photos?

My '83 was a farm truck and when I bought it, it had a 454 in it. I've left it in there as that's my motor of choice. It looks like the engine could have been changed out at some point.

The blue one is really awesome!!!!!!!!!!!

GM began offering the big block in the 4x4's for the 1982 model year.

Pic of of 1988 V30 with 454.

Re: Does anyone have any K30 RC dually photos?

If I could find a 87-91 RC K30 or V30 dually with the Silverado package I might think about buying one rather than building one. On the other hand I am kind of picky when it comes to what colors I like so it may just easier to build it.

There were no square body 2 door regular cab pickups built after 1988. In order to get a 2 door square body regular cab pickup in 1988 it had to be a 4x4 dualled wheel truck.
