Help me on an Order from Top Banana?

This first photo is the drivers side.
I need to repair the floor section that you can see has a hole in it as well as the metal piece that goes in behind the outer rocker panel all the way to the back.

I'm not 100% certain that I've found the right part, I assume the part displayed is slightly different from what I will receive. (maybe they only had a picture of the same part but for a different year) The part is called a "Driver Side Cab Floor Exterior" and states that it is for the 67-72 chevy pickups. I just want to know if what I found is correct. It costs $57 on Top Banana.

Any input is appreciated.

yep, tough call - I'd ask them if it's exactly what's pictured - if yes, I'd look elsewhere - if no, then I'd ask them about their return policy, and if it's acceptable, give them a shot.

Lots of places put generic photos of the general area - I find it annoying, but it's somewhat common.

I mean it looks similar in a few ways but not totally.

I hope that's for some other application, because it sure isn't made the same as OEM. isn't there a longer part you can get that goes to the back of the cab? I haven't had to buy these parts, but I believe they are called outer floor extensions.

That is the part, i'm 100% sure if you ordered the part listed above.
I had to buy the same part from board vendor. That will work goes along all the floor section.

Thank you for the reassurance, it's not a cheap part when compared to the other parts. (rockers, cab corners...etc.)

Bought mine from AutoMetalDirect.com and the parts were exactly like your original. Bonus for me is that they are local.

Re: Help me on an Order from Top Banana?

Dang! As I was scrolling down I was hoping no one else would know. Tim beat me to it and he should know. I found someone selling these same pieces on CL yesterday. I shopped it for comparison so I recognized it right off. Yup, the pic is 60-66.

Ditto on the above . You should put the front and rear cab mounts in also . Hell your right there working anyway . It's going to need it.
